ok so i just got diagnosed with anxiety today, i bought some valerian root pills and some melatonin pills, who else has anxiety and can help me cope with some of my symptoms?

I'm worried that I might be slightly bipolar or develop it later on in life because my dad and aunt were diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I also have another family member who has it but I think his was caused from abusing drugs.
