How to deal with bullying from neighbour?

I’m 35 live alone with my teenage son. My next door neighbour has decided that she doesn’t like me and is making life hell. She screams and shouts through my front window, abuses me as I’m leaving for work or shops. On Sunday she informed me that she has ‘arranged’ for people to come to my house and ’sort me out’. The neighbour is well known for dealing drugs and comes from a large rough family. I’m scared of reporting her because I know they will stick together and this will only get worse. Trying to move house but it’s proving difficult.
What do I do? Ignore her or retaliate?
I’ve just been diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder.
