I think it depends more on nurture than nature because your behaviors are molded and refine by the environment and how the child is treated during their childhood. Which I believe leads certain people to their decisions like using drugs and attempting suicide, is because of external factors instead of biological ones.

drug abuse - studies are still in progress as to whether it’s inherited, so we’ll just stick with nurture.

unemployed - that would depend, many biological things could lead to becoming unemployed but a persons upbringing could affect their employment eligibility.

previous suicide attempt - nature. most suicide attempts are due to chemical imbalance involving depression or other psychological disorders.

previous psychiatric treatment - could go either way, a bad environment could make a person go crazy and become depressed or mentally ill. or they could have been mentally ill to begin with and it was never treated, so it got worse.

    low socioeconomic status - nurture.

    certain professions - nurture

    drug abuse—nurture–drugs cause problems
unemployed–nurture and nurture—unemployment causes problems, but most people don’t react by wanting to kill themselves.
previous suicide attempt–who knows? maybe the person is suicidal by nature, or maybe the person has had experiences that make him want to kill himself. Still, nature almost has to be a factor, because most people don’t want to kill themselves.
Previous psychiatric treatment—Nature, in most cases. The person had problems and was treated for them; the same problems may later lead to suicide. But in some cases, the treatment itself may lead to suicide.
Low socio-economic status–this is a Nurture issue, but generally does not cause desire for suicide. So I don’t know how to answer.
Certain professions—Nurture, mainly. The conditions of the profession may cause stress leading to suicide. Still, most members or any profession [other than suicide bombers and kamikaze fighters] do not kill themselves, so there is probably a significant Nature component.
There is a third issue besides Nature and Nurture: Choice. But science cannot account for Choice, at least not at this time.
