Psychosis? Please only answer if you have experience.?

I was reading about Psychosis and lately ive been scared im going crazy. Whenever i see a Ford Escape, im convinced that its a sign of good luck and i will have a good day if i see one. Im convinced that if i hear certain songs it means good or bad luck. Sometimes i think i hear people talking behind my back, like my boss or random people in the hallway at school. I also have these like 5 minute episodes where I feel very angry for no reason, and everything irratates me. It becomes a problem because the only people i lash out on is my parents. I read psychosis can be caused by a brain tumor or drug abuse. Ive been smoking weed everyday but thats about it. It can also be caused through emotional stress which ive been going through ALOT lately. If i dont get treatment will it get worse? I dont want to tell anyne about this. I sound crazy!

    Psychosis is marked by paranoia, uncontrolled rage, violent behavior and sometimes hallucinations (visual and auditory). If you feel you may have a problem, make an appt. with your Primary Care Doctor for a full physical first. Sometimes an undiagnosed physical problem can manifest similar symptoms as psychosis. You need to get a full physical and bloodwork done to make sure there’s nothing else going on. If you are in need of psychiatric care, your Primary Dr. can refer you to one.

    If you don’t talk about it you will go crazy. But smoking weed wont do it if my former heroin crack and other substance abuses didn’t send me off over the rainbow. You are aware that there is this thing called subjective teality? And then there is creating ceaning- ways to cope., not psychoses. Thinking people are talking about you? Simple. Ge some nerve and walk right up and ask them if you heard your name mentioned. Then judge from their reactions whether or not they were. You can discern lies and manipulations as well as anyone. Do not be afraid or embaressed to entertain the notion of extrasensory perceptin, either. Asylums all over the world are filled with psychics.
