Suboxone didnt work for me. Doctors put opiate addicts who have been using for a year or less. Thats why i have been on methadone. Suboxone is not dosed high enough to curb the withdrawl symptoms i had. Plus its not monitered. They ask you how may you think you should take a day and give you a bottle and tell you to come back when its gone. Yeah, i have never been able to control myself with drugs in the past what made them think i could then. Methadone is much better that way. It is monitered. You have to get it every day so its harder to abuse. Plus if you dont commit, you get kicked off the program, so it gives you something to work for.
