Feb 04, 09 at 4:49 pmno its CHILD abuse. yes i think it should because you are made aware of the risks and complications due to those being used and that thy will harm your baby so you should be held responsible for using them. why does it have to be different if its still in the womb is what i don’t understand about people these days. they think because its in the tummy that it isn’t a life. just plain ignorant to me.
