Drug abuse education statement?

I just saw the new commercial from the anti drug society that depicts a teen with an altoid type box with all the diff pills he has sneaked from parents/others legit rx medicines. Please, parents, be educated about this and check your med cabinets and count your meds, including the ones that have no recreational value. Most kids think that if its an rx its safe. Well, yeah, safe and needed for the person it is rxed to. But, I had my cousins gf steal my legit sleep meds and drug her mom before stealing and totalling her moms car a couple years ago. I caught my cousins other friend sneaking through my meds and taking my IMMUNOSUPRESSION meds that are used to prevent gvhd after my bone marrow transplant very recently. And when I was in school myself I encountered tons of kids with tons of rxes selling and giving from their adderal to their parents heart meds. This is a real issue folks, PARENT UP!!!

    Damn Skippy my friend!!

    It is shocking how it is 100X eaiser to get oxycodone then Alcohol when your a kid…

    It was just a free for all when I was in HS… We had anything and everything you could think of…

    It it had "May cause dizziness or drowsieness" then kids had it and were downing them like sweet tarts.

    I can’t belive how many med’s my friends and I took in High School!
