Concerned about my brothers drinking/drug use?

My brother is 23, He has been a severe alcoholic for almost 2 years now. He drinks every single day, he’s usually drunk buy noon and has either blacked out or passed out by 10pm. He drinks liquor, at least a fifth a day, but most of the time more. He lost his job because of his alcohol abuse, and his girlfriend left him. He also lost his license and his car because he hit a tree drunk doing 40mph and was charged with property damage over $1,000, open container in a motor vehicle and driving while intoxicated. That whole instance happened about 2 months ago, he walked away from the crash with only 7 stitches in his neck from broken glass. Within the last 2 weeks he has also started to abuse perscription medication while he is intoxicated (Xanax, and Adivan), he crushes them and snorts them. I caught him doing it once. I planned my wedding to be early in the day so i thought he wouldent be drunk by then, but he showed up to my 10am wedding so intoxicated he could bearly form a sentence. I want to help him so badly, but he wont let anyone even talk to him. He’s not this kinda person…he’s not an addict. He’s the sweetest guy you have ever met when he’s sober, he’s great with women and he respects everyone. I want my brother back…
