Does the school nurse think I am ABUSING birth control pills? Only gave me 3 months & attacked me about stds!?

I’m a Sophomore in college and last week I went to get my birth control pills. They usually come in a three pack (three months at a time), but the pharmacist told me I only had one pack (one month) left and to make an appointment as soon as possible to get a refill. I made the appointment a had it today. Everything was going fine, when the nurse suddenly freaks out at me and tells me I have two months left. She starts accusing me, "What happened to those two months!?" I said, "What are you talking about? I only have one month left and I picked it up last week.o__0" She then told me she prescribed 12 months to me in December (it’s November and I picked up the last pack so duhhh) and realized, "Oh…I guess you did use all of them. Sorry." but she STILL only prescribed me 3 months instead of 12 months like last time and then suggested I take an STD test when I told her me and my boyfriend had only ever been with each other! The nurse before this one took my blood pressure and stuff and said I was very healthy so I know it wasn’t for "health concerns."
I know most kids probably lie about this stuff, but I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, and I have only had one partner (my boyfriend), and I do NOT abuse drugs.
I’m just curious if I am overreacting (on my period right now so pms), or if the school nurse seriously thinks I’m a junkie! I walked in wearing a peacoat and jeans..and underneath a shortsleeved tee!
I feel really offended…
