I’m not sure if I’m anorexic. (long)?

Okay, so I’ve been eating way less lately. My BMI is exactly 20.0 and I’m 13, 5′3" and between 113 and 117 pounds. I want to be 105 pounds, just to have a better self image, and maybe feel skinny.
I think I may just be dieting, but also I think I may be anorexic. I have signs of both, !
http://helpguide.org/mental/anorexia_signs_symptoms_causes_treatment.htm On there, I looked at the chart and I thought, for the first, "I want to feel better to be healthier, be skinnier, AND be HAPPIER." Happier means possibly anorexic. The other two mean dieting.
Self-esteem is based on my weight, body image, size,AND personality, which means both diet and possible anorexia. /:
The next one, it’s just diet. I just want to control my weight.
The last one, it’s just anorexia. I don’t care if it’s not healthy that much, I’d prefer skinny over healthy.
I don’t eat breakfast, because I wake up around 11AM, and eat my first meal around 12-2PM. After that, I don’t eat until dinner.
I count my calories, and daily, I eat between 800 and 1,200 calrories, but don’t excersize until volleyball, basketball, and softball seasons start.
I’m not scheduling a doctor appointment ; I’m waiting until my next one, because money isn’t a thing my family has lots of.
These are the other things I have. :
Dramatic weight loss – Rapid, drastic weight loss with no medical cause.
Feeling fat– May complain about being overweight in general or just “too fat” in certain places such as the stomach, hips, or thighs.
Fixation on body image – Obsessed with weight, body shape, or clothing size. Frequent weigh-ins and concern over tiny fluctuations in weight.
Harshly critical of appearance – Spends a lot of time in front of the mirror checking for flaws. There’s always something to criticize. They’re never thin (or pretty) enough.
Denies being too thin – Refuses to believe that his or her low body weight is a problem.
Using diet pills, laxatives, or diuretics – Abuses water pills, herbal appetite suppressants, prescription stimulants, ipecac syrup, and other drugs for weight loss.
I use my mom’s diet pills that I’ve seen around the house, but not daily. More like once a month.
And :
Lack of energy and weakness
Feeling cold all the time
Dry, yellowish skin
Constipation and abdominal pain
Restlessness and insomnia
Dizziness, fainting, and headaches
I still have my period, and feel normal other than all of this stuff.
This is the site I was on : http://helpguide.org/mental/anorexia_signs_symptoms_causes_treatment.htm
Sorry this was so long, I’m just really concerned.
My school DOES have a guidance councelor, but there’s something about her, like, I just can’t trust her enough. I get a bad vibe from her for some reason. /:

Oct 08, 09 at 3:02 amSOunds as if you are leading an extremely unhealthy lifestyle and that you do not understand what under eating does to your body. Your body is probably already in starvation mode, which means that your body clings on to every last calorie that you put into it in fear that it won’t be getting any more food. Don’t age yourself before your time. You do want to make it to 20 don’t you?

Oct 08, 09 at 7:06 amI think you are anorexic and you need help. The list of things called "These are the other things I have" really worries me. Being anorexic can seriously weaken your internal organs, especially the heart, and the damage can’t be reversed. I know money is tight everywhere, but you need help and fast before something happens. You may not look outwardly anorexic, but you are showing the symptoms. If you don’t like the guidance counselor, if you can’t trust her, talk with your parents. Ask your parents if there are any doctors covered by your insurance plans and what you need to do to get help. You need to talk to someone, a professional, and get help. Talk with your parents, show them some of the research you’ve done, show them that there are support groups out there and that you want help. They may want to blow it off and just say you want attention. Do NOT let them do that. Stick with it until they listen, until they take you seriously. Eating disorders are very serious. Please get help. Good luck.

Constipation and abdominal pain

these symptoms are from not eating enough or drinking enough water.
Do you know if you eat more small meals a day it’s easier to loose weight. If you don’t eat enough food you’re body goes into survival mode and stores every little bit of fat you put into your body.
If you really think you’re not thin enough drink lots of fluids. Try protein shakes or smoothies. Eat a lot of fruit and veggies. Your body needs the nutrients. It will make you healthier and drinking a lot of water raises your metabolism.

Oct 08, 09 at 8:04 pmSelf image seems to be what is important to everyone these days, which is unfortunate. its for the outer you that people love and care for about you. For sure, we all like to lose weight and "stay healthy" but sometimes we are not careful and this leads to a lot of trouble.
You are 13 years old, and the weight of 100-120 pounds is COMPLETELY healthy for you anyways! please dont be too hard on yourself, continue to diet but very cautiously.
you are safe as long as you are not bringing back everything that you eat in a run of a day! Wish the best of luck to you! and I hope my words were inspiring to your self image. its not whats on the inside, its what is on the inside!
Thanks : )

Oct 08, 09 at 9:26 pmIt sounds like at the very least you have some very serious body image problems. I would see a therapist. Your school probably has a guidance counselor who could be a lot of help.
