Would you rather a child who was bad and had a job or a child who a good intelligent kid who didn’t have a job?

Okay, so which would you choose and why?
1.) A bad kid who had a job. Meaning he/she abused drugs and alcohol but still held down a job! Also wasn’t that intelligent or cared about others really all that much.
2.) A good kid who didn’t have a job but was seeking one. Good kid being intelligent, good morals, respectable, has good values etc.
